Synmist^®

Synmist^® is a high film strength, synthetic lubricant specifically designed for use in centralized air-mist lubrication systems.

Synmist^® is designed to readily atomize to eliminate large, unwanted, wet oil droplets that can accumulate in mist systems. Synmist^® also exhibits superior reclassification properties, which ensure oil is delivered onto the bearing surface where it is needed.

Synmist^® rapidly and completely demulsifies from water and displaces moisture from bearing surfaces. Equipment runs smoother, quieter, cooler, longer and more efficiently.

Synmist^® gains its performance advantages through a superior blend of synthetic oils plus Royal Purple’s proprietary Synerlec^® additive technology, which forms a tenacious, ionic, protective film on bearing surfaces.

Synmist^® is wax free; therefore, it does not cause a wax buildup and does not congeal at low temperatures.

SynTractor^® III & SynTractor^® III WG

SynTractor^® III and SynTractor^® III WG (Winter Grade) are recommended for farm tractors where one common oil reservoir supplies the transmission, hydraulic system, differentials, wet brakes and / or final drives.

SynTractor^® III and SynTractor^® III WG are high performance, high film strength, long life, multi-purpose tractor fluids. They meet the requirements for many manufacturers (See Product Sheet for manufacturers list.).

SynTractor III^® and SynTractor III^® WG offer significant performance advantages over other approved tractor fluids because they contain Royal Purple’s proprietary Synerlec^®additive technology, a super-tough, tenacious, slippery, synthetic lubricating film. Synerlec^® additive technology’s film strength is noticeably stronger than other tractor fluids assuring excellent lubricity and maximum protection.

SynTractor III^® and SynTractor III^® WG are many times more oxidation stable than other tractor fluids. Their superior ability to resist breakdown from heat and not lose proper lubricity allows for greatly extended oil drain intervals and cleaner equipment.

SynTractor III^® and SynTractor III^® WG are fully compatible and can be mixed with other tractor fluids; however, for best results drain old fluid and fill with SynTractor III^® or SynTractor III^® WG.

Synway^®

Royal Purple’s Synway^® is an ultra-tough, tenacious slide/way lubricant designed to effectively lubricate machine tool slides and ways. Engineered with state-of-the-art proprietary technology, Synway delivers smoother machine operation and optimal corrosion protection.

Featuring superior film strength, Synway allows for uniform, chatter-free motion and precision control — even at low table speeds. Its excellent demulsibility properties and its tacky, adhesive nature make it highly resistant to wash-off or dilution by water or coolants.

This Royal Purple industrial and automotive lubricant gains its advantage from Royal Purple’s proprietary EP Synslide^® additive technology, which provides a super-tough film on all metal surfaces including machine tool slides and ways. This film greatly resists being squeezed from pressure areas, virtually eliminating metal-to-metal contact under even the most severe loads. Synslide additive technology displaces water on metal surfaces while providing excellent corrosion protection.

Thermasil^™ T-100

Thermasil™ T-100 is a viscous, water resistant, tacky grease designed to protect extremely heavily loaded, low speed bearings or sliding surfaces (such as open gears, skid-rails, gear couplings, etc.) that operate in wet or hot environments where other EP greases perform poorly or even fail.

Thermasil™ T-100 is extremely resistant to water washout and provides excellent corrosion protection. It is especially suited for lubricating very low speed, heavily loaded bearings, bushings, pinions, gears, sliding surfaces, etc.

Thermasil™ T-100 is formulated with advanced, synthetic base oils plus Royal Purple’s proprietary, EP Synslide^® additive technology, which adheres tenaciously to metal surfaces.

Thermasi™ T-100 lubricates under severe loads that “squeeze out” other oils and greases plus provides superior protection in wet and / or corrosive environments.

Thermax^® Semi Fluid Grease

Thermax^® Semi-Fluid Grease is an ultra-tough, aluminum complex, EP grease designed to lubricate industrial gear boxes that require the use of a semi-fluid grease. It has the fluidity to pour like an oil from the container while having enough “body” at operating temperature to resist channeling or leaking past faulty seals often found in older gear boxes.

Thermax^® Semi-Fluid Grease also has very good oxidation stability and provides excellent rust and corrosion protection to both ferrous and nonferrous metals.

Thermax^® Semi-Fluid Grease is formulated with Royal Purple’s proprietary, EP Synslide^® additive technology, which forms a chemical film capable of carrying loads much greater than other EP oils and greases under boundary conditions.
